We’ll team up to form the identity, mindset, and habits in each area of your health that you need in order to do that. In a way that fits your unique, busy life.

The process:

1) JUMP ON A STRATEGY CALL: A free Zoom session to chat about your goals and what your best next step might be. This is to see if we’ll make a good team or not.

2) COMMIT: If we decide to work together, we’ll connect again to assess where you’re currently at with your health and fitness from a holistic perspective.

3) GAME PLAN: Based on where you’re at and what your unique goals and lifestyle look like, I’ll craft your personalised plan that you can immediately put into action, including your training program, nutrition guide, sleep and recovery guide, and daily habits.

4) GET SET UP: We’ll quickly get you set up on a very simple fitness app that will house our communication and all your programs and will track your daily and weekly habits and progress.

5) COACHING: All the ongoing accountability, guidance, and encouragement you need. We’ll have an accountability check-in weekly to touch base & fine-tune your habits. We’ll have monthly private coaching calls to assess your progress, answer questions, work on essential skill-building, and collaborate to set clear, actionable next steps forward. You can also message me directly for guidance anytime through the app.

6) RESULTS: We’ll track your results and keep making changes, forming a new identity and building new physical, cognitive, and lifestyle habits to get you to your goals and beyond.

This coaching program IS for you if…

-You’re ready and willing to change - to break some bad habits and form better ones.

-You’re ready to focus, commit, take responsibility for your actions, and put in the work. There is no magic pill, secret hack, or short cut here. This system is designed to keep you healthy for life.

-You recognise that your health is critical to the quality of your whole life and so you are ready to make the necessary financial investment into your health - this is not going to be cheap but will pay invaluable dividends into your present and future experience of life, your family and relationships, and your work.

This coaching program is NOT for you if…

-You’re an excuse-maker or finger-pointer. This isn’t for people who blame everyone and everything else for their health and life circumstances, it’s for those who are ready and willing to take personal responsibility. 

-You’re unwilling to receive constructive criticism of your lifestyle and make real changes.

-You’re unwilling to commit ~3 total hours per week to getting healthy.

-You’re looking for a quick fix and are unwilling to commit and put in the hard work when it’s not fun or comfortable.

WHY ONLINE COACHING? How is this different than hiring a personal trainer?

This system allows me to provide you with the most effective and comprehensive service at the lowest possible cost, on your own schedule not mine. To get you to your goals, we need to dial-in your training, nutrition, and recovery. The online format allows me to optimise all 3.

Think of it this way: Normally you hire a trainer per hour of in-person training on the gym floor or sitting at a desk talking. Much of that time is given to explaining exercises and technique (and often, quite honestly, to chatting and counting your reps for you). We can do all of that safely, effectively and efficiently through video tutorials and some quick back and forth, while eliminating the overhead costs of the building and staffing built-in to per-session personal training at a gym. We also avoid the draining and time-wasting back-and-forth of trying to line up our schedules to meet in-person multiple times per week every month. Typically with a trainer, they will design and deliver your workouts and toss you some nutrition or sleep/recovery advice with whatever time is leftover, if you ask. With my system, you’re getting full coaching on your training, nutrition, and sleep and recovery. Most personal trainers also do your sessions and then you don’t have access to them until the next time you see them. Online, you’ll have consistent access to me for any questions, concerns, or anything else, and I’ll check in regularly to see how you’re going. So online, you’re paying for high level, comprehensive, multi-faceted coaching. Think of this coaching system as having a personal trainer, nutritionist, sleep coach, mindset coach, pastor, and accountability partner rolled into one.

We’ll also house everything you need in one place - In an app where your customised nutrition guide and customised training program with instructions and video demos will be delivered; where we’ll track your workouts, track your individualised goals and progress, and track your nutrition and recovery habits that I’ll assign based on your specific goals and needs. It’s like having me, your coach, in your pocket. 


What about the PERSONAL side of it?

We will connect regularly and intentionally! I am invested in knowing you, learning your unique story, and walking with you - in fact, that’s also the only way we’ll be able to get you killer results. You’ll have direct access to me in a chat window for questions and coaching on absolutely anything throughout the week. You’re not on your own in the dark. Quite the opposite. I’m not there holding your hand for one hour in the gym, I’m with you through the whole transformation process to simplify and take the guesswork out of your fitness journey. Questions about exercise technique? Feel something weird in your body? Not sure about a certain food or meal? Take a quick video of your set, snap a quick pic of your meal, or write a quick message…pop it in the chat, and I’ll get back to you with guidance during office hours. We’ll check-in for quick accountability calls weekly or bi-weekly, and monthly for longer coaching calls where we’ll collaborate to build essential health skills, work on mindset, implement strategies, and refine your plan moving forward based on the progress you’re making. 

This system actually gives you more coaching, on your time and schedule, not mine. The process of transformation needs to work for your unique schedule and lifestyle, or it won’t work. This format optimises effectiveness and efficiency so we can get you the highest level of results without overhauling the structure of your already stressful life. Instead of paying for SESSIONS, you’re investing in a RESULT which is not temporary but lasts for the long-haul- a transformation which will come through a holistic plan, expertly crafted to who you are, delivered and guided simply, and implemented by you in a way that serves your life.
