WHY ONLINE COACHING?

This system allows me to provide you a more effective service for a lower cost, on your own schedule not mine. To get you to your goals, we need to dial-in your training, nutrition, and recovery. This format allows me to optimise all 3. Normally you hire a trainer per hour of in-person training on the gym floor or sitting at a desk talking. Much of that time is given to explaining exercises and technique (and often, quite honestly, to chatting and counting your reps for you). We can do all of that safely, effectively and efficiently through video tutorials and some quick back and forth, while eliminating the overhead costs of the building and staffing built-in to per-session personal training at a gym. So online, you’re just paying for high level coaching. We’ll have everything you need in one place - An app where your customised nutrition guide and customised training program with instructions and video demos will be delivered; where we’ll track your workouts, track your individualised goals and progress, and track your nutrition and recovery habits that I’ll assign based on your specific goals and needs. It’s like having me, your coach, in your pocket. 


What about
the PERSONAL side of it?

We will connect regularly and intentionally! I am invested in knowing you, learning your unique story, and walking with you - in fact, that’s also the only way we’ll be able to get you killer results. You’ll have direct access to me in a chat window for questions and coaching on absolutely anything throughout the week. You’re not on your own in the dark. Quite the opposite. I’m not there holding your hand for one hour in the gym, I’m with you through the whole transformation process to simplify and take the guesswork out of your fitness journey. Questions about exercise technique? Feel something weird in your body? Not sure about a certain food or meal? Take a quick video of your set, snap a quick pic of your meal, or write a quick message…pop it in the chat, and I’ll get back to you with guidance during office hours. We’ll check-in for quick accountability calls weekly or bi-weekly, and monthly for longer coaching calls where we’ll collaborate to build essential health skills and refine your plan moving forward based on the progress you’re making. 

This system actually gives you more coaching, on your time and schedule, not mine. The process of transformation needs to work for your unique schedule and lifestyle, or it won’t work.
